Biography
Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Raed Sorouri is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with over 30 years of clinical experience in general and specialized orthopedic surgery. He currently practices full-time at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital & Royal Health Specialist One Day Surgery, and part-time at Burjeel Medical City, offering advanced care in orthopedic oncology, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, trauma, and deformity correction.
Dr. Sorouri graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Aden (1994), and later completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Al Basheer Governmental Hospital in Amman, Jordan. He holds both the Jordanian Board in Orthopedics (2005) and the Arab Board of Health Specialization in Orthopedics (2006).
From 1994 to 2013, he held progressive roles at Al Gamhouria Modern General Hospital in Aden, Yemen — starting as a resident and advancing to orthopedic specialist and later consultant. In 2013, he relocated to the UAE and joined Tawam Hospital, where he practiced for over a decade, including six years dedicated to orthopedic oncology.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sorouri has consistently demonstrated a commitment to clinical excellence and multidisciplinary patient care across Yemen, Jordan, and the UAE.
